CODEPENDENCY
RECOVERY PROGRAM

Stockists

A powerful part of healing codependency is healing in community. This is because codependency, in many ways, is a relational struggle. This support group is designed to help you release shame, process your blindspots, and feel heard and supported. The 1:1 support will help you see blind spots to your full recovery and reclamation.

3-MONTH INTENSIVE

CODEPENDENCY RECOVERY PROGRAM

I am hosting an intensive 3-month intensive program to help people heal their codependency one and for all. I believe healing does have an end date - of course we will always be growing but with skilled guidance and your courage to face your subconscious blindspots, I know you can live free of this insidious struggle. This is will be included:

  • Diagnostic Quiz - This is a first iteration of a quiz I am creating that will help you get very clear on what your biggest areas of codependency are. This will help you focus your recovery to get over codependency more quickly.

  • Support Group - The support group will help you notice codependent patterns in others, which will make it easier to see them in yourself. Being part of a safe and supportive support group will also help you release the shame around being codependent. It will also be a place you can rest in while you are processing your codependent patterns.

  • Weekly Calls & Homework - On these live weekly calls we will discuss the recorded class, your submitted homework and I will be doing live short-form coaching. All of this will helo you to see your fundamental false beliefs, principles and lessons that helped me recover from codependency.

  • 4 One-on-one Calls - On these one-on-one calls, I will help you see your specific blindspots to your healing. In my recovery, this was a game changer. This part can be very uncomfortable but it can also yield the most impact.

Many codependents feel uncomfortable investing in support. They subconsciously believe their role is to serve others while forgetting themselves. This leads to one-way, exhausting relationships, careers, friendships and lives. Codependency affects every aspect of your life.

FAQs

Why are you doing this?

I am so passionate about this because I lost years of my life unconsciously stuck in patterns of codependency. It wasn’t until I felt utterly broken at the end of a relationship with a narcissist that I was finally forced to do whatever it would take, to never allow this to happen again.

What shocked me the most in my recovery, was how unconscious codependency could be. It had infiltrated every area of my life, including my perception of who I was. It made me feel hopeless, powerless and endlessly alone. Even when I was in a relationship, I felt empty and alone. When I was single I felt intense shame and low self worth. Also, when I finally understood what codependency was, I realized that my mum had suffered with this her entire life. I also believe that some of the most kind, compassionate and beautiful souls struggle with codependency, and we need more people like that to feel empowered in this world. This is why it is my dharma to help other people overcome this insidious, invisible and painful pattern.

What does it cost?

This program cost $2,000 for 3 months. There will be a maximum of 12 people in the group and you will not only have 4 1:1 calls, you will also have 2 in-group coaching calls. There is an intensive course, support group, homework and weekly Q&A. We get to the root of your codependency, support you in rebuilding your own self-resiliency and healing so that you can go on and thrive in the life that is meant for you.

What is your background?

Although I have a degree in psychology and I have been obsessed with psychology ever since I read my first psychology magazine at 14, I do not have experience coaching anyone. This is why the program is free. I have been in IFS, Somatic, EMDR therapy for the past 7 years. I have also taken countless courses, read many books and worked with numerous coaches. I have also studied behavior and belief change. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.

Why does healing codependency matter?

Codependency has been a silent killer in my life. It made me spend all my time and energy trying to get approval from other people, living disconnected from what I truly wanted in life, feeling worthless and incapable. To date, recovering from codependency has been the greatest compounding investment I have ever made. I now feel solid and secure within myself, I know how to manage my feelings, I don’t need anyone else’s approval, my boundaries feel natural, and I feel empowered to chase my greatest desires in life. I am also able to sustain discipline, communicate my needs in a way that honors myself and others, and I know when someone is being unreasonable and when it is time to walk away. It feels like I have a safe and solid foundation to build my life on, rather that jumping from thing to thing to try to seek love, worth, validation and a sense of home.
